I have not heard of anyone complaining about the stake pocket tie downs # TDSF damaging the truck bed. The same for # HSSF. I find the stake pocket option to be a less invasive installation as well. The process of installing the tie downs would not flex the metal of the bed.

I may have an option for you but none of the Brophy Truck Bed Camper Tie Downs are designed to work with trucks that have dual rear wheels. This has to do with the construction of the internal bed side on models with dual rear wheels. We do have camper tie-downs other than the Torklift, but there are several restrictions for their use.
One of the tie-downs is part # HSSF. These clamp onto the bed rails of your truck. The restrictions are the bed rail cannot exceed 5-1/2 inches wide, and they require at least 2 inches of space beneath the bed rail, and they are not compatible with trucks that have drop-in bed liners, plastic bed rails, double-walled beds, or step side trucks.
